Directions:
Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue, twice daily on an empty stomach, as a daily supplement if you train regularly or if you lead a stressfull life style.
Dissolve 1-3 tablets per hour under tongue, during training/competition lasting longer than 3 hours.
Dissolve 3 tablets under tongue, immediately if cramping occurs in order to stop cramping.
